Helgøy is surrounded by islands. An excursion by boat will take you in the middle of this fantastic nature with its rich wildlife. You can almost be sure to see birds, seals or sea eagles.
When the eagle spreads its majestic wings and glides over the mountaintops above our heads you will get an idea of the freedom this animal incorporates.
Watch the curious seals swimming around breaking through the surface on the water to get a better view on us. If the sun is shining the seals are often lying on the warm stones of the small islands in the same way as we humans do.
Imagine when we stop our boat on a nice summer day and it will be perfectly quite. This is the seals home and we do not want to disturb them too much.
